Santikos Collection, a prestigious hospitality company known for its luxury resorts and
hotels, is currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Front Office Agent
to join our team. This position will be based at one of our stunning properties
in Skiathos, Greece.
As a Front
Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will
play a pivotal role in ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. You
will handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, provide exceptional customer
service, and address any guest concerns or inquiries promptly and
professionally.
We are
looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional
customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a
similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and handle the
check-in/check-out process in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries and
concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist guests with luggage,
transportation arrangements, and other requests as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge
of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Process payments and ensure
accurate billing.
- Coordinate with other hotel
departments to ensure guest requests and requirements are met.
- Handle guest complaints or
issues, escalating to supervisors or management if necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a
similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service and
interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills,
both verbal and written.
- High level of attention to
detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under
pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using hotel
software and systems.
- Flexibility to work variable
shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Greek;
additional languages are a plus.
