Warehouse Manager

Purpose of the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager at BEAUTY VELONAS, located in Thessaloniki. The Warehouse Manager is pivotal in steering all facets of warehouse operations. This role encompasses the oversight of goods inflow, storage, inventory control, and order dispatch. The successful candidate will be instrumental in refining operational processes by incorporating innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology, enhancing both cost efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and optimize comprehensive warehouse operations, including the handling, storage, inventory maintenance, and dispatch of goods.
• Develop strategies to enhance warehouse processes by implementing innovative technologies and systems, aiming to boost productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to fortify operational workflows and elevate customer satisfaction across all service dimensions.
• Oversee the financial aspects of warehouse operations, including performance reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the warehouse team, fostering a culture of high performance and compliance with organisational standards.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Brings 5 to 7 years of proven experience in warehouse management or a similar capacity.
• Skilled in the use of warehouse management systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SOFT 1 is desirable.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain best practices.
• Familiarity with SAP is considered beneficial.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
