LMW is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate and Secured Case Manager/Asset Manager on behalf of a leading company in the Financial Services sector.
Responsibilities
- Engaging in negotiations and communication with debtors to facilitate debt restructuring
- Phone communication with debtors, with the immediate aim of establishing a trust relationship that will lead to viable repayment agreements for their debts
- Participating in negotiations for the restructuring of large clients and complex relationships/accounts
- Monitoring and administration of liquidation processes of non-performing exposures
- Coordination and monitoring of legal actions, including foreclosures, forced prenotations, payment orders, and auctions
- Submission of business proposals to the appropriate Committees for approval
- Evaluation of financial statements, including company reports (i.e., business and recovery plans) of secured cases
- Collaborating with the appropriate units to ensure the coordination and supervision of the approvals' implementation
- Identification and description of risks related to the loan relationships under review
- Implementation of the requisite controls (reviews) to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Guarantee of the quality of the services provided
- Use of the company's electronic systems in order to record accurately the communications’ information and the final agreements
- Development of reports, presentations, and analyses that detail the actions and outcomes for management
