COST CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
• Cost Monitoring: Oversee daily operational costs, including food, beverage, maintenance, and supplies.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular audits, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Supplier Relations: Negotiate pricing, review contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports focusing on food, beverage, and operational expenses.
• Compliance and Audits: Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with F&B, housekeeping, and reception teams to implement cost-control measures while maintaining high service standards.
