ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading global pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Greece, specializing in personalized medicine and pharmaceutical compounding, is seeking a Medical Sales Representative.

The successful candidate will engage with prescribers and physicians, managing a range of pre-sale and post-sale interactions, including customer care and compounding consultations as needed.
📌 Location: Athens, Greece
🖋️ Reporting to: Sales Manager & Marketing Manager

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products and specialized compounding solutions to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and usage
• Support customers in fully utilizing all available compounding solutions and concepts offered by the company
• Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and support
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies
• Implement solutions and maintain high service standards to exceed customer expectations
• Stay up-to-date on new products, applications, and techniques through webinars and trainings
  

🎯 Candidates Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Previous experience in sales to dermatologists will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
