ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a Leading Global Technological Company, is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team:

Supply Chain Coordinator (5734/SCC/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compiling and distributing supply chain reports.
• Update weekly reports concerning stock levels and availability.
• Providing an overview of market demand in coordination with Sales and Product Management.
• Analyzing stock levels and collaborating with Sales and Product Management to optimize inventory turnover.
• Track and analyze forecast versus actual sales, stock availability, orders, and production schedules.
• Identify patterns and potential issues through data analysis.
• Oversee direct shipments, inbound logistics, and production planning.
• Facilitate communication and reporting between Sales, Product Management, and Logistics.
• Preparing materials for meetings to highlight supply and demand challenges, enabling quick decision-making by management.
• Maintaining regular communication with all relevant parties in the supply chain, including HQ, factories, distribution centers, and the logistics team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
