Assistant to the Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Availability to attend industry events and trade shows when needed; Organize exhibition or any promotional event
- Assist and advise in the production and development of new marketing material
- Maintain promotional databases and update social media being confident of using social media as a marketing tool.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers
- Prepare quotations, review quotes activity and initiate follow ups.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in developing account strategies and actions plans to expand current accounts.
- Use internal ERP to manage customer’s request and liaise with various departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Handle and register complaints following established policies.
- Maintains customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials.
- Track and register departments KPIs.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Professional appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek
- Sales and Customer service oriented ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction
- Critical thinking, active listening
- Selling & Organizational & Negotiation skills, demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding targets and KPI’s in previous role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe products
- Good knowledge of Google & similar search engines; Adobe Create Cloud or similar product knowledge/experience a plus.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a keen focus on quality, attention to detail, and a proactive commercial approach
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage large and/or complex corporate accounts
- Flexible – willing and able to respond to changing circumstances and expectations readily.
- Act with integrity – able to demonstrate sound moral and ethical principles in work.
- Experience in MRO sales will be a plus
