About the hotel:
Located just a 10-minute walk from
Mykonos Town, the brand-new Mykonos Earth Suites, is operating since 2021. It
is a modern adults-only property, characterized by minimalist elements,
strongly influenced by the rustic style and harmonized with the blue and white
environment of the island. The hotel consists of 15 state-of-the-art suites
with private open-air pools, and an all-day, a-la-carte restaurant & bar, by
the central pool, where guests can enjoy authentic Mediterranean cuisine,
overlooking the vast Aegean Sea. A powerful combination of elegant

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and processing room reservations accurately and
efficiently through various channels such as phone, email and online
booking systems.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with
inquiries, providing information and addressing any concerns or special
requests.
- Monitoring room availability, updating inventory, and optimizing
room allocation to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinating reservation changes, amendments and cancellations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
2 years’ experience in a relevant position within the Hospitality Industry.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language
- Excellent
use of MS Office, relevant hotel PMS (preferably Pylon), WebHotelier, Primalres
and OTA platforms
- Excellent
knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Hands
on professional with “can do” attitude and team spirit.
