Eva Bay Hotel in Rethymno, Greece is seeking for a Hotel Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Hands-on approach and leading by example in all areas  
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff  
• Handling customer complaints and queries  
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services.  
• Communicating with the guests when appropriate
• Dealing with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations, etc.

• 4 -5 years minimum experience in a similar position in 4 or 5-star hotels and familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality/Tourism 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek. Knowledge of French will be considered as an asset.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the job
• Computer literacy and excellent MS Office skills
• Strong leadership and managerial skills  
• Ability to work under pressure
