Retail Network Director
On
behalf of our client, Leader in the Retail industry, with activity all over
Greece and abroad, we are seeking a Retail Network Director who will play a
crucial role in leading company's retail operations. You will be responsible
for developing and implementing retail strategies that drive sales and improve
profitability. The Retail Network Director will work closely with various teams
to oversee the management of retail networks, ensuring that stores comply with
company standards while meeting customer expectations. If you're passionate
about retail management, have a knack for strategic planning, and want to work

You are responsible for:
- Develop and implement effective
retail strategies to enhance sales performance across the network
- Oversee the management and operation
of all retail stores, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
- Analyze market trends and customer
needs to identify opportunities for store expansion or improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales
teams to create promotional campaigns that attract customers to stores
- Monitor stores performance metrics
and generate reports to assess operational effectiveness and profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate retail
teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service standards
- Foster a positive and productive
work environment that encourages staff development and retention
Your Education & Qualifications are:
- BSc in Business Administration,
Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in retail
management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Proficient in retail management
software and Microsoft Office Suite
You are a professional with:
- Strong understanding of retail
operations, merchandising, and inventory management
- Excellent analytical skills with the
ability to interpret sales data and trends to make informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and
develop teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all
levels
