Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, or related field;
- Basic understanding of software development and Quality Assurance processes; familiarity with maritime operations and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving abilities; capable of analyzing user feedback and suggesting improvements
- Proven ability to work with diverse teams; strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues; initiative to contact users to ensure compliance
- High attention to detail in monitoring application usage and identifying discrepancies; meticulous documentation of issues and resolutions
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00
