Koia all suite well being resort is looking to recruit for season 2025 a passionate, well-educated and experienced Guest Relations Agent.
Koia is a 51-room exclusive hotel, it is consisted by separate rooms such as small villas, all are sea view, 38 of them have private swimming pools.

The ideal candidate is required to adapt the concept, to maximize and exceed guest’s satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient and responsive service with attention to details, by anticipating guest’s needs and according to hotel's quality standards.
Resposibilities
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests in co-operation with Reception and check what we expect the following day
- Preparing the welcome and departure letters for the guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service according to hotel's standards
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned sunbeds are prepared prior to check-in
- Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
- Excellent knowledge of the resort and the facilities as well as of daily events, activities and food & beverage functions in order to provide accurate information to guests
- Manage all guests requires /observations in a professionally way and ensure that every issue has been resolved promptly and effectively
- Liaise closely with Reception, Housekeeping and F&B regarding special requests
- Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress by Record information in the logbook daily
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Skills
- Hospitality/Tourism degree or degree in communications, public relations or marketing
- Working experience of at least 2 years in Guest Relations department in 5* Hotel
- Excellent command of Greek and English language, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
