Rezos Brands
distributes well-known brands (Ocean Spray, Cadbury, The London Essence mixers,
Mathieu Teisseire, etc.) and develops products (the awarded Hippocrates Farm
and Super Berries Collection).
Because new corporate
needs arise, we are looking for a passionate, self-motivated
candidate looking to go the extra mile with knowledge
in the marketing and digital sector. The job is based in the offices in
Athens.
Responsibilities
- Oversee
corporate and brand social media pages, monitor customer interactions, and
identify trends to enhance engagement and performance
- Develop
high-quality, engaging social media content in collaboration with the company’s
photographer for product photoshoots
- Plan and execute
Google SEM and paid social campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, install ads) to
achieve desired performance metrics in partnership with the outsourced
digital agency
- Manage
the Google Analytics account and monitor the performance of all digital
marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights
- Coordinate
and execute promotional activities, including social media campaigns and
email marketing, in partnership with the outsourced digital agency
- Design
and produce digital marketing materials such as banners, promotional
leaflets, and short product videos
- Administer
and maintain the company's website and e-commerce platform to ensure a
seamless user experience
- Assist
existing clients by providing marketing materials and resources for
product promotion when needed.
- Provide
regular updates and reports to the Marketing Manager on campaign
performance, insights, and recommendations
- Create
and deliver compelling presentations to support marketing initiatives
- Collaborate
closely with the company's outsource digital agency
- Report to
Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
or master's degree in Marketing
- Minimum 3-4
years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent
use of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent
understanding and knowledge of social media tools and Google Services
- Excellent
understanding of marketing and brand management
- Fluency
in English (verbal & written)
Skills:
- Passionate
about marketing
- Positive
thinking and team spirit
- Excellent
organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability
to follow procedures and meet deadlines
- Knowledge
of graphics programs (e.g. Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) and video
programs (e.g. DaVinci Resolve) will be a plus
- Knowledge
of the WordPress platform will be a plus
