banking institution is looking for an experienced and motivated
Manager join their
Transformation team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of corporate banking and a passion for driving operational excellence and digital innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the holistic planning and monitoring of strategic projects, identifying synergies and interdependencies between projects.
- Monitors developments in the strategic project domain and proposes improvements to align with best practices.
- Monitors the progress of strategic projects, identifies risks, proposes actions for effective management and
- Takes on the role of project manager for high-priority and cross-departmental projects.
- Expands value creation through expertise, cross-departmental collaboration, and training within the organization.
- Contributes to the development of business cases, defining requirements and objectives to ensure alignment with the Bank’s strategy.
Requirements- 8+ years of experience in banking (preferably in Corporate banking), Business Transformation, management consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of banking products (preferably Corporates’ financing, international trade, digital), services, and operational processes.
- Proven experience in managing complex transformation projects
- BSc in Economics, Management or other related degree
- Master Degree or certificates in PMP , PRINCE2, CFA, ACCA or ACA qualifications (or progress towards them) will be considered a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization machine will be considered an asset
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
