Senior Stylist

Position Overview: As a Senior Stylist at  Hair Salon ,the candidate is an accomplished professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hair industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: The Senior Stylist conducts comprehensive consultations to understand and meet the unique needs and preferences of clients.
• Hair Services: They provide a wide range of services, including precise haircuts for men and women, as well as advanced coloring techniques such as highlights and balayage.
• Trend Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, the Senior Stylist incorporates the latest in hair fashion into their services, offering clients a fresh and contemporary look.
• Bilingual Communication: Fluent in Greek and with a basic understanding of English, they can effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
• Client Relationships: The Senior Stylist builds and maintains strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
• Product Recommendations: They skillfully recommend and sell hair care products, sharing their expertise and knowledge with clients.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hair industry.

• Knowledge in Braids and Technics that they are for Braids 

Our team offer a wide range of services & products invluding all types of braids, dreadlocks , boxbraids with straight ends etc hairstyles , makeup as face services , creative concepts , hair accessories & care products , as wellas much moe!!!!

• Proficient in performing haircuts for both men and women.
• Skilled in advanced coloring techniques, including highlights and balayage.
• Fluent in Greek and has a good  of English.
• for every extra language the applicant speak will receive 50,00 euro extra bonus in the salary {example : German , French , Italian , Russian etc }
• Committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Salary: Starting with a minimum monthly salary of €1,500, the Senior Stylist has the opportunity to increase their earnings based on performance.
• Commissions on Services: They start with a 10% commission on all services provided.
• Commissions on Product Sales: Enjoying a dynamic commission structure on product sales, they begin at 10% for sales up to €500, increasing to 15% for sales between €501 and €1,000, and reaching 18% for sales exceeding €1,000.
• Accommodation: The Senior Stylist benefits from the Hotel , accommodation provided close to the salon / Spa ,  plus 3 meals per day
