The team at the Kassandra Bay Resort, Suites & Spa in Skiathos is expanding and seeking to hire individuals for the position of the Host / Hostess for the upcoming summer season of 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner and escort them to their table
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options and manage reservations
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, chairs, and dining sets
• Provide menus and server information
• Assist wait staff with side works including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Greet customers upon their departure

• High school diploma. Degree in Hospitality Management or other related field will be considered an asset.
• At least 2 years working experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel.
• Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English both written and verbal (A second foreign language will be considered an asset)
• Knowledge of POS/PDA ordering software (HIT WebPos preferred) and HACCP-ISO procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Customer-focused attitude with an approachable and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor, including a neat and well-groomed appearance and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries
