Are you familiar with coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently?
ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a world leader in animal nutrition and feed additives, is looking for a Sales Manager.

📌 Location: Central -Western Macedonia & Thessaly

Your daily activities will include, and you will be familiar with:

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Identifying potential customers within the territory and developing relationships with them to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Supporting distributors and provides training to distributor's product managers.
  • Following-up orders, logistics, technical support, and customer complaints.
  • Receivables follow-up.
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team, as well as other internal teams such as marketing and product development, to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Continuously research and gather market intelligence to stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, or a related field is preferred
  • Preferably experience in sales
  • Fluency in English language
  • B category driving license
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, outlook and Teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
