We are seeking a highly
skilled professional on behalf of our client, a leading audit firm with international exposure. As a Principal Auditor you will be
responsible to oversee all audit functions, to ensure compliance with
regulatory frameworks while providing strategic insights that help shape

You are responsible for:
- Leading audit engagements from
planning through to execution and reporting
- Evaluating the design and operating
effectiveness of internal controls across various business processes
- Developing audit plans and clearly
defining the scope and objectives of each audit engagement
- Analyzing complex data sets and
preparing comprehensive audit reports for the board
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the
board, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Identifying areas of risk and
opportunity within the organization and formulating action plans for
improvement
- Mentoring and coaching auditors,
promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Staying abreast of industry trends,
regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing
Your Education & Qualifications are:
- BSc/MSc in Accounting, Finance,
Business Administration, or related fields
- Professional qualification (e.g.,
CPA, ACCA, CIA) is highly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant
experience in auditing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of internal control
frameworks and risk management principles
- Outstanding written and verbal
communication abilities
- Proficient in using audit software
and tools to analyze data
