HR Associate

In this role, you’ll support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. The HR Associate will be responsible for:

• assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates
• collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• organizing and conducting onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is collected and properly filed
• facilitating exit interviews and oversee a seamless offboarding process
• maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system
• assist employees with benefits enrollment and address related inquiries while coordinating with vendors to resolve any issues
• acting as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, supporting a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement
• coordinating training programs, track employee participation, maintain training records, and identify development opportunities
• providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team across various projects
• assist in organizing HR-related events and activities

The ideal candidate for this HR Associate position should have:

• 1-3 years of experience in an HR role
• bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field (master's degree will be considered a strong plus)
• proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• fluency in Greek and English
