Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage our social media presence and provide excellent customer service. This role requires a blend of creative content creation, strategic social media management, and efficient customer support. You will be responsible for building our online community, engaging with our audience, and ensuring our guests have a seamless experience.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Manage and update our website content using WordPress.
- Create and publish compelling stories and collaborate with influencers and partners.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
Analyze social media performance using Google Analytics and provide regular reports.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns (Google Ads is an asset).
Customer Service:
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage guest communications through various channels (e.g., email, phone, social media).
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
