Main Responsibilities:
- Directly search and source candidates through multiple channels including internet, networking, employee referrals, research, internet ads, database searches
- Screen CVs and contact candidates for relevant vacancies
- Administer the CV database updating CVs and filing
- Prepare reports, contracts, proposals and presentations
- Organize interviews and meetings
- Use best practices and systems to improve service delivery for recruiting
- Keep current on recruitment trends
- Participate in all aspects of the Recruitment Cycle
