Περιγραφή

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Coordinator for a multinational company to oversee day-to-day office operations, administrative support, and event planning. This role will ensure the smooth functioning of the office, manage vendor relationships, and support colleagues and leadership with various tasks. If you excel at multitasking and creating efficient systems, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for this Office Coordinator role are:

  • Office Management & Reception: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including coordinating with technicians, cleaning staff, and external partners such as architects.
  • IT Materials Tracking & Stock Management: Monitor and manage IT materials and office supplies, anticipating needs for new hires and ongoing requirements.
  • Procurement: Research and liaise with new vendors, gather quotes, and manage procurement processes for office needs .
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as a central point of contact for internal communication regarding office operations, corporate events, employee perks, and parking use.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute corporate events, such as Kickoff Meetings and holiday celebrations, managing logistics, vendor communication, and timelines from start to finish.
  • Corporate Gifts & Special Projects: Oversee the organization and delivery of corporate gifts, holiday baskets, and children’s presents, ensuring smooth vendor communication and timely delivery.

Qualifications

The qualifications for this Office Coordinator role are:

  • University Degree Business-related field or a relevant area.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluently speaking and writing in English
  • Computer Literacy (excellent use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
