We are currently looking for a professional with exceptional organizational & communication skills to join ZeniΘ's team as Back Office Complaints Agent.

As a Back Office Complaints Agent, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing pending customer complaints by Consumer Ombudsman and RAE.
  • Handling pending oral and written customer complaints concerns external sales channels and internal call center customers.
  • Providing Support and Assisting Legal Department to response to Legal Protocols.
  • Collaborating with the internal departments by participating in meetings
  • Composing and sending letters to complaint customers.
  • Evaluating the written answers to ensure the complaint is answered properly.
  • Registering and manage complaints data in Microsoft List to provide information to the sales team.
  • Preparing lists in the CRM system and providing them to BO Team

If you're interested in the Back Office Complaints Agent position, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Good knowldedge of the English language 
  • Consequence and οrganizational ability
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Data Entry skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
