Webhelp Hellas, is looking to recruit, Arabic CEP (Corporate, Enterprise and Public Sector) Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and Account Managers.

The CEP (Corporate, Enterprise and Public Sector) Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and Account Manager are focused on either developing existing customers or getting new business opportunities out of a defined customer set. The ISR / Account Manager is responsible for the E2E management of his customers list, including managing identified deals or identifying new opportunities. He/she will need to manage these deals through the full sales cycle and keep an up-to-date pipeline. The ISR has account responsibility with quota and KPI goals.

Role specific responsibilities
-  ISR: Cold calling to drive campaigns and/or profile assigned accounts to understand installed base and business drivers.
-  Account Manager: Customers calling or email exchanged to drive Sales, up Sell, Cross Sell, specific campaigns and/or profile assigned accounts to understand installed base and business drivers.
-  Senior Account Manager: Clearly understand the large account strategy and HP Strategy to grow SOW inside this account, or/ and Leads a sub team of agents as he/she understands the teams requirement very well (value PC, a country etc.) or Contributes to the team through coaching with min 20% of his time or Covering large TAM local accounts with respective quota. 

Responsibilities all CEP roles:
-  Leverage EDM capability when available to contact customer and drive Sales
-  Actively creating new sales opportunities for HW products and associated services for selected customers in the assigned territory via telephone and email, responsible for E2E HW portfolio revenue/margin for these accounts
-  Pro-active coverage for customers in assigned territory to expand HP Share of Wallet by generating incremental business in non-HP accounts (hunting)
-  Pipeline management & forecast for own set of accounts
- Build customer confidence in HP's remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior levels of customer management. Drives opportunities from qualification to close
-  Receive inbound calls from assigned customers (to close opportunities) or HP personnel (Sales specialists, local Field Sales, Local Sales CEP Manager, Presales)
-  Develop End Customer knowledge, capture customer contacts in SFDC and customer profiling in HP profiling tool
-  Collaboration with HP Sales Management to drive marketing programs, demand generation, sales initiatives for incremental revenue and margin.
-  Follow HP processes with HP back office sales support for quotations, configurations, OPG, sales comp calculation, delivery, order management requirements, exceptions
-  Engage office-based, Field Sales, Global Account Manager, Specialist and presales as appropriate
-  When partner is involved:
o     Portfolio selling on ISR led opportunities, Up- and Cross-Selling on partner led
opportunities when relevant.
o     Close collaboration with partner on the customer or opportunity when relevant
o     Deal closure verification based on partner P.O. visibility

- Bachelor degree (or above) or corresponding work experience in sales
