The ideal candidate for the position of Field Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Collaborate daily with the field force team, providing essential information and strategic guidance to drive performance
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure alignment, address challenges, and keep the team informed
• Work closely with Key Account Managers to support sales initiatives and optimize customer relationships
• Strengthen distributor partnerships, ensuring smooth operations and business growth
• Monitor market trends and insights, gathering and analyzing field data to refine strategies and adjust priorities effectively

The ideal candidate for the role of the Field Sales Manager should have the following:

• University degree (commercial, economic, business studies)
• Good knowledge of the FMCG market
• Proven experience in managing and leading large sales teams
• Fluent English and Greek language
• Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• A valid driver’s license is required for this role to support regular field visits
