RECRUITER - GREECE
Objectives:
- Identify and attract potential healthcare professionals interested in working in Belgium or France.
- Establish and maintain contact with candidates during the initial stage of the expatriation process.
- Oversee the recruitment process in close collaboration with the company and in accordance with defined principles.
Requirements:
- Greek language: native
- Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory requirement)
- Strong experience in sourcing and Talent Acquisition (preferably in the healthcare sector)
- Previous experience in Client management and/or Sales.
- Must be proficient in using LinkedIn or other social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and job boards (e.g., Indeed, Monster) for recruitment purposes.
- Familiarity with recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Results-oriented and focused on working towards objectives.
- Integrity, dynamism and initiative.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Autonomy and ability to manage your own work schedule.
- Proficiency in basic IT tools: Office, Outlook, Skype, Microsoft Teams.
