SALES COORDINATOR ( IKEA HER STORE )

Reporting to the Market Commercial Manager, you will be responsible and accountable to:
- Achieving the sales & profitability budget set by the Market Commercial Manager for the CAOTH (Core Area Of The Home) of your responsibility
- Steering towards maximizing all commercial KPIs of the department
- Deliver and lead the commercial action plan for your area, taking input from the team and your manager to ensure the department supports the achievement of the agreed goals
- Ensure the best possible customer service following Active Selling and Meet & Greet principles and have customers in focus as your first
- Controlling, steering and following up all operating costs and P&L elements related to your areas of responsibility
- Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives and implementing all the agreed actions set in order to improve the Brand capital, the Pulse CX & the Employee Survey results
- Securing that each area you are responsible for, is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers during all opening hours
- Know your local market potential and work with your team and other functions to ensure your Sales departments are locally relevant
The Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Very good command of the Greek & English language
- Good knowledge of Ms Office
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
- Good people management skills and team oriented personality
- Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
- Commercial Thinking
- Customer Focus
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision
