We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HR Operations & Payroll Associate to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Manage employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and any changes in employment details
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing support as needed
- Calculate wages, deductions, and benefits, and process payroll adjustments accordingly
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and labor standards
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed
- Manage employee inquiries related to payroll or HR operations
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as drafting employment contracts and maintaining records
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless HR services to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing
- Proficiency in ΕΡΓΑΝΗ and Pylon software.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
