We work with a wide range of businesses, from exciting DTC brands to complex B2Bs in Greece and beyond, providing deep expertise around Paid Media, SEO, Email and digital strategy. We’ve received multiple distinctions for our services in performance marketing, including a Gold Award in the most recent Peak Marketing Awards.
As we’re entering our third year of operation, we’re in a trajectory of growth with an expanding portfolio of successful partnerships. As such, we are currently looking to grow our Service Delivery team with a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who will lead tactical and strategic engagements across a portfolio of single and multi-channel clients.
💪 What will your day-to-day look like?
Channel activity management & optimization (40-50%)
- Lead the day-to-day management of digital activity across various client industries. You’ll be playing a key part in developing channel strategies, manage the implementation of campaigns & activations, and contributing to the innovation & growth of our clients. This involves:
- Analysing the digital goals & needs of our clients and interpreting them into actionable steps as part of a digital strategy
- Monitoring & optimization of advertising activity across a range of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Contributing to the channel strategy design for your portfolio of clients, in collaboration with senior management
- Leading day-to-day, weekly & monthly communications with our clients
- Creating weekly & monthly performance reporting
- Collaborating with internal & external teams, including designers and developers, to coordinate and implement necessary actions such as creative assets and technical adjustments, focused on achieving improved overall performance and results.
Account & Client Relationship management (20-25%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners with identifying opportunities for growth. This involves:
- Acting as a trusted advisor for digital marketing initiatives
- Identifying, pursuing and communicating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Proactively proposing opportunities to clients
- Building long-term strategic partnerships
Channel Testing & Experimentation (10-15%)
- Lead channel performance through testing & experimentation to drive incremental growth. This includes:
- Developing, implementing, analysing and iterating tactical experiments across paid & organic channels
- Reporting on experiment results and insights internally and to partner stakeholders
- Designing a testing roadmap for the coming quarter(s) to build on the momentum
Innovation & Knowledge Development (10-15%)
Stay at the forefront of digital marketing and digital strategy trends to drive innovation across our partner accounts:
- Contribute to the development of frameworks and methodologies for process optimization
- Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on business processes
- Share channel insights and best practices across the organization

Although operating on a remote-first work model, we enjoy and stimulate effective collaboration by meeting up in person and working together once a week. We also strive to cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with our clients, meaning that you will be joining in-person client engagements on a monthly & quarterly basis.
