Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the mini bar service, ensuring timely replenishment and cleanliness.
- Supervise and train mini bar attendants, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of mini bar stock and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of mini bar consumption and billing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
