recruit a talented and data- driven Junior Business Analyst to service Papastratos client.
📌 Location: Aspropyrgos
📍 Working
Model: Hybrid
📅 Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30
or 10:00-18:00
💼 Contract:
12-month contract with extension potential
What you will do:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be part of the Channels
Performance & Reporting Team and will be involved in processes to collect
business data, identify trends, and produce reports to share with multi-layer
audiences.
Specifically:
- Conduct thorough
analysis of business operations, including data, processes, and systems
- Create visually
appealing dashboards to monitor KPI performance and communicate insights
effectively
- Build and maintain
systematic reports on various metrics for local and global teams
- Dive deep into large
datasets, applying statistical methodologies to extract meaningful trends and
patterns
- Collaborate with
stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Act as a liaison
between business stakeholders and technical teams during projects
- Present findings to key
business stakeholders, influencing strategic decision-making
What we are looking for:
- University Degree in Business Administration/Statistics,
Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of working experience as
Business/Financial/Data Analyst
- Excellent computer skills, able to quickly and
efficiently use MS office software Excel, Power Point, Word as well as JIRA
- Experience with data visualization tools
(ideally PowerBI or Tableau)
- Familiarity with SQL, Python or R would be
considered a plus
- Fluency
in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audience
- Team spirit and commitment towards achieving
deadlines
