Key responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant include:
  • overseeing general office operations, including managing office supplies, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently
  • assisting in the preparation and organization of documentation for certifications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • creating and formatting presentations for meetings, conferences, and internal communications
  • monitoring financial data in Excel, collaborating closely with the accounting department, and assisting in managing expenses and budgets
  • coordinating the company’s participation in conferences, exhibitions, and other events, ensuring seamless planning and execution
  • maintaining and updating physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and records
  • organizing and coordinating inspections and audits, ensuring that all necessary preparations and documentation are in place

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

To be considered for this Administrative Assistant position, you need to have:

  • at least 1 year of proven experience in an admin position
  • university/College degree
  • fluency in both English and Greek (written and oral)
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
