Job Description
Managerial Functions
- Act as the Company Representative in the post-contract phase, overseeing site activities and guiding site engineers.
- Liaise with architects and engineers across disciplines to address contractor inquiries and provide clarifications.
- Prepare and review minutes of meetings, and lead technical discussions with contractors when necessary.
- Evaluate the performance of contractors and subcontractors and provide interim and final assessments.
- Lead the project as instructed by management, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
Operational Functions
- Receive project briefs from the design team and ensure contract documents are issued accordingly.
- Conduct kick-off and progress review meetings with all stakeholders.
- Oversee contractor compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Review and approve subcontractor lists, materials, shop drawings, and mock-up installations.
- Ensure all communication with contractors and clients is properly routed and documented.
- Supervise testing and commissioning of materials and equipment on-site, maintaining quality control standards.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for approvals and expedite utility connections.
- Lead inspections, manage snag lists, and oversee the project's completion and handover to the client.
