We are looking for a highly motivated Exports Area Sales Manager

to join our Export Team, based in Liti-Thessaloniki

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, cultivate, and expand opportunities for long-term growth from customers, markets, and partners
  • Establish key partnerships and alliances to identify and evaluate potential sales targets in order to expand the market reach and increase export sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to minimize company risk and ensure quality delivery of services
  • Manage and grow relationships with important international clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth
  • Conduct account management, building strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolves issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the exports sales team and provide any other support needed
  • Conduct market analysis and stays updated on industry trends and competitors

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • BA degree in Business Administration, International Relations or Marketing & Communication or other related fields.
  • 3-5 years prior experience in B2B export sales in foreign markets.
  • Proven sales track record with sales targets achieved.
  • Strategic thinking and results driven orientation.
  • Analytical competency (ability to analyze data & draw conclusions)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; persuasiveness, adaptability, resilience and tenacity.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Fluency in English language. Knowledge of Arabic or/and French or/and Spanish or/and Italian will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel – advanced)
  • Ability to travel abroad
