Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a well-known professional kitchen equipment company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Sales Specialist (Thessaloniki & Northern Greece)

Job description:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, identifying potential prospects & building long-term partnerships through effective networking.
  • Plan and deliver training sessions for dealers, wholesalers, and other partners, focusing on post-sales support, including installation, maintenance, and product operation.
  • Coordinate and conduct Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions with prospective customers.
  • Manage & coordinate technical support as needed.
  • Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Minimum High School, preferable university degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Ho.Re.Ca sector or in a sales role
  • Proven track record of driving sales & profit, people development
  • Excellent use of English language (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & relevant software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to maintain a strong market presence.
