Jungheinrich Hellas LTD is one of the world's leading intralogistics solution providers , is seeking to recruit a person for position of Service Manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Monitor Team activities and arrange regular meetings to inform them for results achieved against plan of the year.
- Discover Engineers needs and recognize areas for improvement in processes.
- Responsible for empowering Engineers in several areas soft skills area, customer approach, quotations etc.
- Responsible for the evaluation of Engineers.
- Set individual economic targets to Engineers.
- Attend to regular meetings with Technical Support Department to get feedback for technical performance of FSE.
- Attend to regular meetings with B/O manager to improve processes between B/O and Engineers.
- Planning for needs of Team regarding training costs, nr. of Engineers, big projects.
- Release orders for expenses.
- Ensure high level of customer care by addressing customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
- Inform customer regarding high amount quotations and provide them alternative solutions.
- Ensure profit in all type of contracts , and if need it act accordingly.
- Periodic inspection of daily program of Engineers.
