Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and manage efficiently the Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and setting reminders if needed
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate national and international travel, including booking flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
- Communication & Correspondence: Act as a key point of contact, managing emails, phone calls, and messages with professionalism and discretion
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meeting agendas and and ensure follow up on action items after meetings
- Office & Administrative Support: Assist in managing documents, filing, expense tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Project Assistance: Provide support to the Founder with ongoing business projects, research tasks, and presentations
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordination of business and social events when required
