We are looking for a highly energetic, results-driven, and experienced candidate.
The ideal candidate functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to the company.
The position reports directly to the Front Office Manager of the company.
Responsibilities
The Night Auditor is responsible for Welcoming and greeting guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
- Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures, and rest functions
- Provide information to guests in regard to the facilities, events, and services
- Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance (Night Auditor ing standards, clean uniform, body odors)
- Welcome guests by providing a friendly, efficient, and courteous service
- Assist with luggage, use club cars to drive guests around the resort, and escort them to their rooms
- Provide information to guests in regard of facilities, events, and services
- Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
Qualifications
- Degree from a Higher School of Tourism / Hotel School of the country or abroad
- Professional experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in 4 * or 5 * Hotels
- Pleasant, friendly, and communicative presence
- Oriented in customer service and satisfaction
- Flexibility, team spirit, willingness, and professional behavior
- Team oriented
- Professionalism, Integrity, and Responsibility
- Excellent command of the English language. Additional knowledge of foreign languages would be considered an asset.
- Good command of a third language (Russian or German) would be a plus
- Enthusiastic, friendly & communicative personality eager to be part of a growing team
- Attention to detail and work in a fast-paced, diverse work environment
- Candidates should hold valid work authorization for the EU
