As a Sales & Contracts Administrator, you will support commercial executives in managing and closing deals while providing expert consultation to sales teams. For this position we will need your strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and attention to detail to deliver impactful, customer-focused solutions!

Responsibilities

For the Sales & Contracts Administrator role some of your tasks will include:
  • Analyzing and preparing proposals to support the sales process.
  • Escalating approval requests and resolving any related issues.
  • Creating and delivering presentations for company's products and pricing.
  • Developing and reporting on the health of enterprise agreements.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Representative or Customer Success Manager to define and negotiate optimal commercial deals 
  • Preparing deal pricing and necessary documentation.
  • Managing any adjustments to customer contractual terms, ensuring all required approvals are obtained.
  • Coordinating with key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
  • Leading internal sales operations through the sales process
  • Ensuring timely revenue generation by overseeing deals from negotiation through to processing and invoicing.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this Sales & Contracts Administrator position has:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Relevant fields of study include Business, Management, IT, or Commercial Sales
  • Experience in sales and partner management, along with training in sales processes and methodologies.
  • Fluency in English and Greek at a professional level is essential
