Project Supervisor (Fiber Optic Networks)

Job Description

• Executing construction requirements based on customers' technical specifications.

• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to delivery schedules

• Supervising the preparation of construction materials, and regularly verifying site engineering quantities to communicate to the project team

• Periodic inspections at the construction site are required to identify issues and prompt the construction team for rectification.

• Organize and complete site acceptance procedures

• Maintain detailed construction logs

• Support the construction team by providing assistance in technical specifications

• Coordinating problem resolution

• Communicating with customers

• Preparing materials

Candidate’s Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or/and related field

• Two to three (2-3) years of experience in project supervision within the telecommunications sector, including but not limited to FTTH and fiber optics

• Basic knowledge of CAD

• Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spoken

• Strong compliance and teamwork skills

• Willingness to work extended hours

• Willingness to travelling

• Excellent communication skills, strong sense of teamwork, and robust organization and coordination abilities
