Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide personalized recommendations for their stay.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate reservations for restaurants, transportation, and activities.
- Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain top-quality service.
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or guest relations preferred.
- Fluent in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work flexible hours.
- Valid driver’s license (ownership of a vehicle is an asset).
- Proficient knowledge of computers and relevant applications.
