Real Estate Civil Engineer

The leading energy organization in Greece is looking for a Civil Engineer to manage and oversee technical and urban planning matters related to the company’s real estate assets. The role includes property registry management, technical evaluations, and ensuring compliance with urban planning regulations.

The role of the Civil Engineer includes the following:

•  Maintain and update the Real Estate Registry (owned & leased properties).
• Handle technical and urban planning matters related to the company’s property portfolio.
• Conduct on-site inspections and surveys to assess property conditions and gather technical documentation.
• Prepare Technical Reports and provide recommendations for necessary interventions or improvements.
• Oversee permitting procedures and ensure compliance with urban planning regulations.
• Collaborate with public authorities, urban planning offices, and technical services to resolve property-related matters.
• Provide support in maintenance and renovation projects of company properties.

The Civil Engineer should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 
• Proven experience in real estate management, technical issues, and urban planning procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and GIS software.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of urban planning and construction regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to conduct on-site visits and travel when necessary.
