Our Program Management Office (PMO) ensures the alignment of projects with business objectives, facilitates operational excellence, and standardises project management practices across the organisation.

Job Overview: The PMO Officer is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in setting up, implementing, and continuously improving project governance, resource planning, process standardisation, and stakeholder communication. As the startup grows, the role will evolve to enhance and refine PMO processes to ensure efficiency, adherence to best practices, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Program Oversight: Support the implementation and monitoring of projects within Fleetwork’s key programs, including Client ERP Implementations, ERP Product Development, and Operational Excellence.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain and enhance project management standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Scheduling & Resource Planning: Set up and monitor a program-level scheduling, resource allocation, and optimisation to enhance efficiency.
  • RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) Management: Establish and maintain RAID management processes and templates.
  • Process Standardization & Knowledge Management: Develop and enforce standardised project management processes, templates, and tools to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, preparing and presenting project reports for leadership.
  • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track project performance, identify critical paths and bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Support PMO governance activities, including facilitation of Weekly Project Info Meetings, Monthly Steering Committee Meetings, and ad hoc CEO checkpoints.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain a repository of project plans, reports, lessons learned, and best practices to foster knowledge sharing.
  • Support for New Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing new product and service development projects, including mobile apps and dashboards or industry standards

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project management or PMO role.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP implementation or IT projects is a plus.
