Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage the complete payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing
• Maintain employee payroll records and actively participate in payroll calculations
• Update and manage employee data on ERGANI II, including recruitment, departures, schedule changes, and overtime
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Oversee payroll budgeting and expense management
• Gather, analyze, and generate reports using HR and payroll metrics
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll
• Manage shift differentials, overtime, and leave calculations

The ideal candidate for the Payroll Specialist position should have:

• 3 years in a similar position
• University/College Degree (studies in finance or accounting is a strong plus)
• Experience in payroll management, preferably using Scan HRMS
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and procedures
• Ability to analyze data and generate HR reports
• Excellent knowledge of ERGANI II
• High level of proficient in MS Office Applications
