A highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller .

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to guide the company's decision-making.

As a Financial Controller, you will manage all accounting activities, including the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will also be responsible for implementing financial controls and procedures to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure accurate reporting. This position requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a profound understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.

The Financial Controller will work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives, fostering a culture of financial accountability and integrity. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accounting department's daily operations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Manage cash flow and assess financial risks and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the accounting industry
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively
