Outlet Supervisor (Restaurant or Bar)

Our recruiting season for 2025 has started and we are looking to recruit associates for our Resort Restaurants & Bars! We are looking for a talented Outlet Supervisor to assist with managing our restaurant(s) and bar(s), ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience!

Position: Outlet Supervisor (Restaurant Supervisor or Bar Supervisor)
Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract starting around April 2025
Location: Corfu, Greece

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service during peak hours
• Assist in training and managing the team of bartenders, servers, and service support staff
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or special requests promptly
• Ensure the outlet maintains the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and organization
• Collaborate with the Manager and team to improve operational procedures and guest experience
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering
• Help ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Support the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality setting
• Team building and management skills with a focus on training and development
• A passion for exceptional service and delivering world-class experiences to guests
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• A professional, friendly attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
