Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide any assigned team members, ensuring they adhere to company standards
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries related to housekeeping needs
• Follow and maintain meticulous company cleaning protocols and high standards of hygiene
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the designated team member promptly and accurately
• Replenish toiletries and linens promptly and efficiently​​

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
• A strong eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and trustworthy with a positive and can-do attitude
