Koia All Suite Well Being Resort is looking to recruit for season 2025 a passionate, well-educated, and experienced Spa Therapist.

Koia is a 51-room exclusive hotel, it is consisted by separate rooms such as small villas, all are sea view, 38 of them have private swimming pools.

Deeply rooted into KOIA’s Hippocratic philosophy is the creation of an environment that exudes balance and nurtures harmony. Drawing upon inspiration from the ancient wisdom of centuries ago and fusing it with the best sustainable development practices to today, KOIA represents a modern-day wellbeing resort founded on primordial wellness principles of living well.

We are seeking for:

The ideal candidate is required to adapt the concept, to maximize and exceed guest’s satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service with attention to details, by anticipating guest’s needs and according to hotel's quality standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of spa treatments (massages, facials, body wraps, etc.)
• Conduct guest consultations to understand treatment needs
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
• Recommend appropriate wellness products and treatments to clients
• Achieve retail sales targets for spa products
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintaining sanitation protocols
• Participate in team collaboration and support colleagues
• Gather guest feedback and report concerns to management
• Attend ongoing training and development sessions
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
