Your Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you are essential in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You warmly welcome guests, guide them through the menu, take and relay orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with professionalism. Your role involves promoting featured dishes and drinks, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and promptly addressing any issues in collaboration with management. Working closely with the kitchen staff and other team members, you ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction through your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

This position involves a seasonal contract.

Professional Qualifications & Skills:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Accomplished professional with 2 years of Experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent command of English and Greek (additional foreign language skills preferred)
• Proficiency in financial calculations and POS/PDA operations
• Thorough knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Physical Stamina and Mobility
• Well-Organized and constantly alert Mentality
• Multitasking and strong Memorization skills.
