Job Description
- Greet visitors professionally, announce their arrival and direct them appropriately
- Provide excellent service to visitors and support to employees, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails and packages with precision and attention to detail
- Support the organization of office events, meetings and conferences
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Manage office supplies and stationery
- Support internal and external communication, by monitoring social media, forwarding newsletters, press releases, surveys or other corporate material etc.
- Manage and update company's intranet
- Be proactive for future promotional needs regarding customers, associates, employees, brochures, banners, company profile etc.
General Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills
- PR skills
- Social Media Awareness
- Verbal and Written communication skills in Greek/English
- PC literacy
